Installation

Download

Download the latest PT Peek installer from neyrinck.com/downloads/pt-peek.

The download is a macOS installer package (.pkg). It is signed and notarized by Apple, so you can install it with confidence.

Prerequisites

PT Peek requires iLok License Manager to be installed for license verification. If you don't already have it:

1. Visit ilok.com
2. Download and install iLok License Manager
3. If you don't have an iLok account, create one — you'll need it to activate your PT Peek license

Install

1. Double-click the .pkg file
2. Follow the installer prompts
3. PT Peek is installed to /Applications/PT Peek.app

Uninstall

To remove PT Peek:

1. Quit PT Peek if it's running
2. Drag PT Peek.app from /Applications to the Trash
3. The Quick Look extension is removed automatically

Updating

PT Peek includes a built-in auto-update system. When a new version is available, PT Peek prompts you to download and install it the next time you launch the app. You can also check for updates manually from PT Peek → Check for Updates….

If you'd rather update manually, download and run the latest installer from the downloads page. It will replace the previous version. Your settings and license are preserved.
